Job Overview:
The role of the Scheduling/Intake Coordinator is to accurately and efficiently contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring that clients receive the highest standards of service, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and a welcoming environment. The Scheduling/Intake Coordinator will handle incoming telephone calls, emails and client interaction. Will handle the intake and scheduling/rescheduling of clients. They will ensure effective and timely scheduling procedures are adhered to.

● Bachelor’s degree preferred
● One year in a medical office setting preferred
● Comfortable talking on the phone
● Able to resolve conflict
● Ability to handle confidential information
● Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms.
Work Remotely
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.80 – $16.00 per hour
