Our culture is whatdifferentiates us and because of this, we seek exceptional talent that .Here’s where you come in:We are currently seeking an ERP Senior Product Manager to join our team as amember of our growing Product Management division.You’re great at:Business ImplementationLeading the tactical and strategic implementation of projects/processes.Evaluating and identifying new technologies/processes for implementation.Using, configuring, and customizing products.Analysis and delivering accurate and timely results.Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of relevant product offerings within theindustry.Software SupportTaking responsibility for the identification, tracking, reporting andresolution of issues.Managing the maintenance and documentation of software functionality.Leading the collaboration with Product Managers and subject matter experts toestablish performance needs.Providing documentation/project tracking and management reporting as neededor requested.Facilitating the creation of appealing user interface designs with exceptionalusability characteristics.Researching, resolving and responding to complex problems and questions.Project Management and Business AnalystDeveloping requirements and design specifications according to standardtemplates, using language that clients and developers can understand.Successfully engaging in multiple projects/initiatives with multiple clientssimultaneously.Collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to establish thetechnical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performanceneeds.Gathering input from other internal teams to facilitate the design anddevelopment of systems that illustrate the value provided by McKinstry’sservices.Facilitating effective team meetings, client meetings and design meetings.Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources.Decomposing high-level information into details, taking low-levelinformation and turn it into a general understanding, and distinguishinguser requests from the underlying true needs.Managing client expectations effectively to run a fiscally successful project.Enforcing project deadlines and schedules.Team ManagementCoaching and developing project team peers where applicable.Providing technical guidance to project team where applicable.Acting as steward of McKinstry culture; communicate and influence policiesand procedures.What we would like to see from you:5+ years of experience in information technology required.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BusinessAdministration or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.Advanced knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies required.ERP experience requiredBasic knowledge of SQL is requiredKnowledge of SharePoint required.Why McKinstry:Transformational change requires bold action.
