DescriptionM-F 8-5 schedule. No weekends.This is a remote position, but Talent Sourcers must live within 60 miles ofa distribution center.We will bring you to Temple, TX for training (1 week). This is a close-knit team with lots of support to help you besuccessful.Search databases and use social media to find new contacts.Nurture connections with potential teammates in the lead stage to complete theapplication and get the candidates into the hiring process.Our sourcers do have production targets, but we use data to improve skillsand identify possible gaps in the talent process.
