JOB SUMMARY:
This position supports the Distribution Center with general administrative tasks for the leadership team.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Other duties may be assigned. A teammate in this position must have the ability to:

• Maintain spreadsheets & report: on-time deliveries, through-put, scanning, etc.
• Ship confirm.

• Track bounty programs.
• Administrative support to senior management team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year administrative experience with working knowledge of office practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills & a professional personal presentation.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with little margin for error.
• Proficient on PC: Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with internet.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Busy transportation/warehouse office environment.

• Exposure to noise, dust, & foot traffic,

• CDC guidelines followed to maintain safe work environment.
