MCR Group are currently seeking to employ an experienced Retail Security guard to work on various sites in Ireland.

Retail Security Guard duties include:

· To be an ambassador for the company

· Present for work at the designated time

· Follow on site security requirements including:

o Internal patrols

o External patrols

o Monitoring CCTV

o Access control

o Report any security events in the onsite log

o Deal with emergency situations

o Support emergency services if required

o Complete the onsite paperwork in a clear format

o Liaise with MCR Management regarding any security issues or problems.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
• Flexibility and availability to work, days, nights, evenings and weekends.
• A PSA Static Licence is essential to be considered for this position.
