Sales Admin
McSport is currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join a vibrant sales team, based in our Dublin Head Office. We are looking for people with excellent sales experience within a fast-paced environment. This person is an over-achiever with a hunger for always providing superb customer service. We love our customers, and we will stop at nothing to maintain and improve these long-lasting relationships! Our business is flourishing due to hard work and reputation. Position: Full-time, Permanent.
Location: Office based, Dublin 22.
Please note this is an office-based role and you will be required to work on site in our head office located in Dublin 22
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure your personal monthly sales targets are achieved while maintaining margin.
Process sales quotes/orders in a timely manner.
Ensure all quotes are followed up.
Consistently generate new leads through tele sales.
Provide excellent customer service and upsell where possible.
Resolve customer complaints/issues in a timely manner.
Process payments – cash/Realex/PayPal/vouchers, etc.
Build relationships internally and externally.
Ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner as agreed with the customer.
General administration duties.
Represent the McSport brand to the best of your ability.
Make outbound sales calls
Key Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 2 years working in a sales environment.
A desire to be the best.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Strong administration skills.
Sport/fitness coaching background.
