Missions :

Primary Tasks :

• Manage the Safety of all works to be performed by his team : Initiate work permit, provide hazards identification, propose risks mitigation measures, participate to risk assessment as required, ensure clear understanding of hazards and mitigation measures by team memebers befor starting the job, monitor activities on site to ensure that is performed as planned and described in the Permit to Work and that there is no additional unidentified risk
• Assess safety behaviour at work oh his team memebers and provide improvement as deemed necessary : Socialization of procedures, understanding of hazards, training, Safety tool box to enchance safety awarness
• Responsible for ensuring the satisactory completion of his arera in terms of quality of works, schedule and budget
• Initate and follow up clearance of Punch List, highlight technical problem encountered and provide technical expertise to speed up PL clearance
• Performs witnessing of ITP sampling and hold points
• Responsible to ensure the daily progress and certification is updated into the Completion tool (QCF, ITR, physical progress)
• Report to management critical issues and blocking points

Scondary Tasks :

• Assistance and subcontractor follow up during construction activities
• Assistance to other project stakeholders when requiered
• Maintien good coordination with other parties for daily site activities
• Ensure a daily follow-up of the progress of all activities of his disciplines against planning and recommend any necessary corrective action
• Transmit Daily reports to the Discipline Construction Superintendant relevant to his trade
• Follow-up all Punch List items clearance
• Responsibility for the mark-ups of drawing
• Effectively engage in buisness cost reduction initiatives

Qualifications :

Diploma in Civil Engineering for 5 years

Profile :

• Wored in similar position with reputed EPC companies
• Track record managing Civil / Bulding Construction activities within Factories, Refinery, Oil & Gas or Petrochimical sector
• QC experience

Skills :

• Awareness in safe working practices assicated with the QC, construction, pre-commissioning and installation of onshore or offshore Oil & Gas facilites
• Good communication ans wirtten skills (English) and ability to work with different disciplines and cultures
• Experience working under permit to work systèmes and adhering to permit to work conditions
• Knowledge of Civil tools and techniques
• QM experience

Certification :

Recognised trade qualifications in the relevant discipline or equivalent expereince

Language :

English – C1

Start of performance : ASAP

IT Tools : Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
