We are looking for some enthusiastic Call Center Representatives that will be the contact between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to sell our product while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Be able to talk to people. Have Conversations
• Build relationships and engage customers by responding properly about health and medical issues. Build Rapport
• Listen to and identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals
• Maintain good attendance

Skills

• Previous experience in a sales or customer support role
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Listening Skills
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively
• Be Positive and Coachable

All New Hires must be able to work:

• Monday – Friday 10:00 – 6:00
