The Company

Med Doc Healthcare was formed in 2018 and has gone from strength to strength providing staffing solutions to both the primary care and retail pharmacy sectors, incorporating Med Doc & Med Pharm. We work with both private and public sectors and ensure integrity and accountability in all that we do. Our offices are based in Dublin 2, however, we currently operate a full remote working model.

We are seeking applications for a Recruitment Administrator to assist our primary care and pharmacy recruitment desks.

The Person

This position will suit someone who enjoys working on their own initiative and wants to work remotely, with a proven track record of same. This is a fast paced position and will suit those who thrive working in a fast paced environment and like keeping busy. There is room for progression within the company for the right candidate provide you illustrate you are determined to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting recruiters in day to day recruitment of candidates and clients – handling client/candidate enquiries, adding clients/candidates to our database system, posting job advertisements to database, formatting CV’s updating as well as other admin duties.
• Liaising with clients and candidates via telephone
• Logging all interactions with clients/candidate accurately to the Company database and in a timely manner
• Assisting the consultants with ad-hoc tasks

Experience Required:

• 4+ Experience working in an administrative role
• Strong IT skills using Microsoft Outlook and Office
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to process data accurately and quickly
• Prioritise tasks appropriately
• Work with confidence and professionalism.
