The CEP Customer Service Rep will process orders, provide product information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging issues from reps or accounts with accuracy and efficiency. Duties include processing orders and returns, answering telephone and email inquiries, resolving complaints, and promoting CEP’s products. The CSR will need to be familiar with our brand’s concepts, practices, and procedures and rely on experience and use best judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
