Qualifications & experience

• Multi tasking , good English speaking skills , good communications skills, Should have done at least NCEA level 3 and some experience in customer care in busy business like GP practice , Busy restaurant or front office staff in tourism industry.
• Salary based on experience and Med tec software knowledge .

Tasks & responsibilities

• Arriving patients , patient booking, maintaining flow of patients in waiting room, scanning, enrolling patients, back office support, invoicing patients , receiving phone calls , call centre operations, working as per roster between our Clinics.
