JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Physician Services and Business Development, the Business Development Associate’s focus is to identify, contact and attract physicians to join Medicentres Canada Inc. to provide health care services to our patients. The Associate will champion our growth strategy and increasing the number of Physicians who work in partnership with Medicentres.

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT:
Fast paced environment, where the ability to manage multiple projects and resources while working on a number of different assignments at the same time and meeting deadlines are essential. Must be able to deliver results and demonstrate good judgment under minimal supervision, in line with existing policies and best practices. High degree of focus on building physician relationships through associations and networking. Extensive regional travel is required, as is infrequent evening and weekend work.
