Mediterranean Inn Hiring for Front Desk Agent at Seattle, WA Full Time

We are an independent hotel (and a great team to work with) located in Lower Queen Anne looking to expand our front desk team. If you are looking for a great company with good benefits, have a positive attitude, and provide great customer service then we would love you to join our team. Previous hotel experience is not necessary, but a service oriented attitude goes a long way!

Primary front desk responsibilities are happily and cheerfully solving problems, and communicating very well, period. Secondary responsibilities include processing arrivals and departures, as well as inputting reservations, managing inventory, and otherwise assisting guests as needed.

Shifts are usually 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm, though some occasional mid-shifts are scheduled depending on the volume of the day. Please remember we are a hotel: we’re around when other folks are taking time off, so weekend and holiday flexibility is a must.

We offer competitive hourly pay. Subsidized ORCA cards. 401K plans (w/ employer contribution portion), a health insurance plan, paid PTO, and additional paid vacation time offered after one year of employment.

Full time AND part time positions are available.
