Provides direct administrative assistance to the Senior Vice President Medical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer. Manages the calendar with the ability to make and cancel appointments based on CMO’s preferences, priorities and commitments. Serves as Office Manager for the Department of Medical Affairs and coordinates the administrative support staff for multiple clinical and administrative leaders within the department.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required, 10 years experience as an Executive Assistant will be considered in lieu of
Experience:
5-7 years of progressively more responsible job related experience to include office management and support of a senior executive required
