The Data/Order Entry Associate position is responsible for processing of orders and returns. It is a fast-paced position requiring great attention to detail combined with a solid problem skill set. Position includes picking and packing orders and light customer service duties. Well established eCommerce company is seeking a Data/Order Entry Associate. Qualifications/ Responsibilities: – Professional Attitude – One who takes direction well, but is also self-sufficient and focused – Strong verbal, written and phone skills – Checking messages, answer/return calls – Filing – Enter a variety of data using current computer technology – Maintain logs for customer orders – Strong communication skills to ensure incoming work flows smoothly
