We are looking for a Data Entry / Collections Clerk to provide financial, administrative and clerical services. Data Entry / Collections duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.

The ideal candidate is a detail oriented individual who is able to function and flourish in a demanding environment, maintain an outstanding work ethic and show initiative on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

· Managing the status of accounts and balances and identifying inconsistencies

· Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments

· Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies

· Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines

· Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients

· Analyzing reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data

· Monitor accounts on a regular basis

· Filing claims

· Take actions in order to encourage timely payments

· Resolve billing issues

Skills

• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers

• Ability to proactively recognize and resolve issues

• Proficiency in English and in MS Office (especially Excel)

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong experience with handling disputes and analysis

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

• Strong written communication and organization skills

• Understanding of quality customer service and the relationship to collection efforts

• Self-motivated

• Great team player, always willing to help

Experience

• Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)

• Accounts Receivable Occupations: 1 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
