Intake Specialist-Mental Health Clinic
Meier Clinics, a non-profit Christian counseling ministry, is seeking a full-time or part-time Intake Specialist. This is a position that offers potential for growth. Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent people skills
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Previous experience in a medical/mental health setting preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Responding to calls and making recommendations for appropriate levels of care
• Helping new clients through the intake process with compassion/professionalism
• Assisting clients with scheduling appointments
• Working with other staff to assure smooth operations and quality service
• Maintaining accurate records and reports
