Job Description
We Are:
Seeking a Technology Services Specialist to join our team. As a Technology Service Specialist you are the first point of contact with the IT Department for the majority of the business and as such you have to command not only excellent technical and customer service skills, but the professionalism and initiative to get problems resolved quickly and efficiently.
You Will:
Configure, install, monitor, and maintain IT users’ desktop software and hardware; supports mobile workforce.
Provide consultation to IT users for all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software.
Provide technical support and guidance through Tier 2 support and works with vendors to resolve Tier 3 issues.
Responsible for documenting solutions to problems and developing end-user guidelines.
Organize and coordinate the activities associated with installation, deployment and upgrade of software, hardware, and network facilities as it relates to the desktop environment.
You Have:
Experience supporting and troubleshooting desktop & laptop systems.
Distinctive problem-solving, technical troubleshooting, and analytical capabilities.
Excellent customer service focus including exceptional oral and written communication skills required.
Ability to work independently, prioritize a variety of tasks, and collaborate effectively in a complex environment with multiple teams.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting desktop & laptop systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
