We provide a leading translation management system (Memsource) and software localization platform (Phrase), supporting 500+ languages, 50+ file types and covering the full range of enterprise localization use cases. With a global team working from our offices or from home across Europe, US, UK and Japan, we serve thousands of global customers, including leading brands such as Uber, Bosch, Lufthansa, Supercell, Vistaprint and Zendesk.
Joining our team as Talent Acquisition Partner you will be a crucial part of our People team, supporting our ambitious growth objectives and building recruiting competence inside the company. We are looking for a winning personality, who identifies as an ambassador for great candidate experience while staying pragmatic. This position can be performed remotely from the USA.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Being the strategic recruiting partner for the hiring mangers of our Sales department
• Ensuring that the teams successfully meet their hiring goals in the US
• Finding (new) solutions to make sure we get in touch with suitable candidates through a variety of different channels
• Owning the entire recruitment process, assuring that it’s properly followed, iterating on it and constantly looking for ways to improve it where necessary
• Ensuring a high quality recruitment experience – internally and externally
  • Providing an outstanding candidate experience (clearly structured, transparent, appreciative and enjoyable)
  • Closely, proactively and reliably collaborating with the hiring managers
• Training and educating less experienced supervisors regarding our recruitment standards and interview techniques
• Building up a candidate and partner network for your positions and maintaining talent pools

What you need:

• Several years end-to-end recruiting experience ideally within the software industry
• Good understanding of different roles within a software company with the ability to grasp connections quickly
• Ideally, experience with Sales roles in a B2B software environment
• Proven active sourcing experience and interview skills
• Positive attitude, a good sense of humor and a desire to work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
• A pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working
