Mentorade Hiring for Instructor at Remote Full Time

Mentorade is career services for overlooked engineers. We focus on helping qualified overlooked talent get access to the social and cultural capital they need to find a great job. We use innovative pedagogical techniques and tech to make this possible.

We’re early stage, which means there are a lot of moving pieces. It also means there’s a ton of exciting growth to be a part of. We’re looking for a founding instructor to lead the instruction of future cohorts of our month-long job accelerator.

This is a part-time (10 hrs a week), paid, and remote role. We’re looking for excellent facilitators who are quick learners and have a passion of creating experiences for people. Group facilitation experience (even if outside of teaching) is required for this role since you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our core module is taught.
