Key duties for an Aircraft Cleaner

• Interior cleaning – Sanitizing all interior surfaces
• Restocking items such as blankets, headphones etc
• Mopping and vacuuming galleys
• Waste disposal
• Maintenance of stock supplies

What skills are we looking for?

• An eye for detail, quick thinking and proactive
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Able to work a rotating roster, this may include nights, early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
• Good level of English to ensure clear communication with your team
• The ability to physical demands of regular cleaning duties, lifting, and carrying large and often heavy loads
• Experience and knowledge from work within a cleaning and/or customer service environment

Must meet the following requirements:

• You must be a New Citizen or permanent resident
• Pass a medical assessment
• Hold a minimum of a restricted NZ driver’s car license
• Fully Vaccinated
• Flexibility
• And MOST IMPORTANTLY, a can-do attitude!

Working in an Airside role, you will follow aviation requirements. You will be required to hold a full Airside Security Pass, which requires a criminal history check along with a valid full New Zealand driver’s License

You will be expected to have a great situation awareness and a strong safety focus, as you will be dealing with aircraft, equipment, and machinery

Being a boarder worker requires you to have received your Covid 19 vaccinations
