We require an energetic person to join our friendly team who can provide quality customer service to our airline customers and freight forwarding/custom agents.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have basic computer skills – Word and Excel
• Be able to prioritise and plan your work (on-time performance)
• Be able to cope with processing multiple tasks within set timeframes
• Have superior customer service skills, both face-to-face and on the telephone
• Be accurate and have attention to detail
• Ideally have Track and Trace experience
• Have the legal right to work in NZ
• Full Drivers License
• Be able to work in a team
• Desirable to have some form of freight forwarding experience

In addition to the above if you are the right applicant you will be well presented, punctual, reliable and able to work rostered hours.

A uniform, car parking and full training are provided.

If successful you will be required to undergo an Airport Security check and a medical assessment.
