Are you an experienced Front End Software Developer seeking new opportunities in the Aerospace/Defense or Information Technology industries? We have an exciting position available for you. Join our dynamic team and help build intuitive applications for our Big Data Platform. This position is located in Columbia, MD with the flexibility of working partially remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other engineers to develop holistic user experiences
• Write efficient and maintainable code for web applications
• Troubleshoot and provide support for customer-reported issues
• Conduct quality assurance testing and write unit tests
• Familiarity with Git version control software
• Ability to work on a *nix command line
• Multi-task and prioritize open issues effectively
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
• Review and compile data as needed
• Experience with JavaScript and web application frameworks (Vue, React, Angular, Backbone)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in front-end software development (3+ years with a Master’s degree, or 9+ years with a high school diploma or equivalent)
