Objective:

Develop strong working relationships with all members of CPO/National Fleet Team from dealer network and relevant fleet customers. Responsible for meeting Fleet sales targets, supporting the development of sales channels by maintaining and increasing the customer base. Assist fleet customer, IFA (customer from Germany). Release and manage fleet policy programs.

Day to day (main tasks):

• Responsible for the fulfillment of the fleet share and support to achieve CPO targets. Target fulfillment set with Mercedes-Benz AG on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis (MAD). Seek improvements for Customer Experiences for fleet customers. Special Discount monitoring based on MAD agreement.
• Dealer´s coaching in fleet programs and preowned business. Follow up to the fleet KAMs in each dealership to increase the fleet customers portfolio. Creation and monitoring of the action plans. Follow up to the fleet share of the dealers.
• Colaboration for the fleet Kufri planning. Collaboration for the fleet channel planning ( IFAS, Commercial account, demos, employees, private, etc). Design and implementation of fleet programs and policies to focus in strategic alliances to increase the fleet share. Develop and growth the fleet business mainly in dealers A and B, to increase the volume.
• Actively seek ways to streamline current process via new systems, system enhancement, and explore how to make things more efficient.

Profile:

• Education: Degree in Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering or similar
• Previous experience: 5 years in similar position
• Languages: English
• Additional Qualifications: Entendimiento de corridas financieras y planes con valor final – Conocimiento del área de seminuevos.
• CRM: Salesforce
