Objective:

Development, planning and implementation of training and certification courses for distributors in the commercial and product areas, providing a range of commercial and brand ideology courses to help certify distributors in Mexico and LATAM. Training will be digital, virtual, classroom and new methods.

Day to day (main tasks):

1. Deliver commercial sales and product trainings in digital, virtual and face-to-face formats for Mexico and Latin America. Under the principles and requirements of the brand.
2. Development of new courses, translation of courses into other languages and updating trainings.
3. Keep up to date and take the necessary training and certifications to be able to perform as a commercial trainer with the latest market and brand updates and trends.
4. Monitoring, evaluation and reporting of the courses, for internal control of attendance, qualifications and improvement.
5. Follow-up of dealers participation in courses, ensuring that they meet their quota of participants and comply with brand standards.

Profile:

• Education: Degree in Mechanical and electrical engineer or similar
• Previous experience: 2 years in similar position
• Languages: English
