What Is This Job All About?

• Making a great first impression when you greet our patients.
• Collecting appropriate information and data
• Verifying insurance coverage including but not limited to copay/deductible payments.
• Collecting appropriate payments
• Directing patients to the appropriate area of the clinic
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering phones

What We Need from You:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a high-volume office doing data entry and medical office management preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to use MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Spanish-speaking highly, highly preferred
• Organizational skills including task prioritization and time management.
• Excellent communication both on the phone and in person.
• Provide outstanding customer service and leverage interpersonal skills to meet the needs of patients.
• Dedication to teamwork.
• Consistent dependability and personal initiative.
