MercyAscot Looking for Medical Receptionist – Silverdale at Epsom, Auckland Full Time

We are looking for a Receptionist to join the team at our Silverdale branch. This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.

The role:

At Mercy Radiology, we believe all patients deserve the very best experience every time. As the Medical Receptionist, you’ll be the first person our patients meet and your role is to provide a warm and friendly welcome followed up with professional and efficient customer service. Duties will include scheduling and managing our patient’s appointments, accurately entering invoice and claim details, and helping to ensure the clinic runs smoothly & efficiently.

About you:

Our successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer service or reception role. A background in healthcare is preferable but not essential as training and support will be given. You must have excellent communication and computer skills with great attention to detail and the ability to pick up new systems quickly. And naturally you will be confident in a frontline role with a calm & friendly manner.
