Required Skills:

FP&A Center of Excellence Associate Responsibilities:

1. Own the monthly/quarterly close process.

2. Prepare and submit accruals and reclass journal entries, perform actuals reconciliation with budget, own the variance analysis and review P&L daily during close periods to ensure financial data accuracy.

3. Conduct headcount, operating expense, and capital expenditure reporting.

4. Reconcile between reports and system outputs, ensuring 100% accuracy across all deliverables.

5. Act as the primary finance reviewer for all PO and Contractor requests.

6. Ensure all coding is accurate and funding within budget.

7. Need to work closely with Procurement to ensure smooth procure-to-pay processes.

8. Need to work closely with Business Partners to ensure correct coding and within budget.

9. Primary POC to support Business Partner questions related to Financial Operations (POs, T&E, policy, etc.).

10. Assist or own quarterly forecast cycles and annual budget planning.

11. Set up templates and be responsible for Hyperion data loads.

12. Meet regularly with FBP Finance Managers to understand work intake and to review work output.

13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams – including Accounting, Enterprise Engineering, Source-to-Pay, and HR.

15. Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field and 24 months of work experience in job offered or in a finance-related occupation.

16. Experience must include 2 years of experience in the following:

17. 1. Working closely with Accounting teams to ensure controls during close
18. 2. Building financial models in Excel to automate reporting
19. 3. Experience with Financial Tools/Systems (for example: SAP or Anaplan)
20. 4. Experience in visualization tools like Tableau
21. 5. Leading process improvement projects to drive efficiency and standardization, AND
22. 6. Experience with Google Sheets and Google Slides

Public Compensation:

$126,750/year to $155,540/year + bonus + equity + benefits
