Summary:
What we’re looking for: This is a people manager opportunity for the Analytics team within Recruiting Data Solutions. The Manager will lead a team consisting of data analysts responsible for developing and maintaining all the analytics resources and data tools necessary to enable recruiting insights into the business. This position will work closely with peer managers in Mission Control and cross-functional teams. Teams include Finance, HR, Recruiting, Engineering and Product, and the Executives in those organizations. This Manager will be accountable to strategize, plan, and execute initiatives as it aligns with our broader People Analytics and Workforce Strategy team vision.

Manage a global team of Analytics Solutions Partners whose backgrounds range in Data Science, Data Engineering, and Data Analysis
Build a high performing team which includes hiring, onboarding, mentoring, developing, and coaching for team members
Design and maintain a scalable organization in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
Manage to enable data pipelines and models that ensure we can match, measure, and forecast key recruiting metrics
Build models that help to manage better and understand the relationships between recruiting progress toward headcount goals and the measurements of related KPIs
Responsible for maintenance of existing data platforms and tools owned by our data analysts
Oversee an international team of high performers responsible for the recruiting analytics tools and processes
Build strong partnerships and collaboration with peers, planning and programs teams, and global business partners
Ability to understand, collaborate, navigate, and influence across cross-functional organizations
Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years experience in an analytics role
5+ years of experience in SQL
3+ years of experience managing or influencing a team of technical talent
BS/BA or above in a technical field
Experience with workforce or recruitment systems, data pipelines, tools, or data science
Proven experience managing complex management with multiple stakeholders prioritizing and delegating projects/tasks
Experience influencing the strategic vision and direction of recruiting from a data-driven and process improvement perspective
Experience with ambiguity and applying creativity to solve problems

5+ years of experience with building statistical models
5+ years of experience leading a workforce analytics team
Experience with translating findings into actions
Experience with data architecture and structure
Experience building cross-functional partnerships with varying levels of technical understanding
Demonstrated track record of dealing with very sensitive data and exercising proven judgment and discretion
Experience in managing a suite of internal products in a complex ecosystem
