Summary:
The Business Ecosystem Partnerships team (BEP) provides businesses with the partner solutions they need to grow today and build for tomorrow. Business Ecosystem Partnerships is home to the Meta Business Partners Program (MBP), a partnership program that identifies and enables third-party businesses that play a critical role in helping Meta customers succeed in Meta’s advertising, messaging, commerce and metaverse applications and services. We are looking for an experienced hire to join a new team, Partner Ecosystem Acquisition, whose role is to identify 3rd party businesses that complement Facebook’s family of apps and services to deliver outsized value to Facebook’s customers. Once a 3rd party business is identified for entry into the Meta Business Partner (MBP) ecosystem, the Partner Ecosystem Acquisition team identifies the onboarding criteria, then builds and oversees a roadmap that ultimately brings this ecosystem into the Meta Business Partner ecosystem. This team operates at the intersection of strategy, data science, tech platforms, and go-to-market. The ideal candidate is comfortable in complex cross-functional environments (product, data science, marketing, etc.) and has the leadership and influencing skills to leverage those resources to accelerate the growth of an already fast-growing ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical background capable of synthesizing data into tangible business strategies and is an effective communicator that can project manage large initiatives and update stakeholders at all levels. By integrating technology and partnerships in one team, BEP can ensure we are bringing in the right partners into our Meta Business Partners ecosystem.

Partner Ecosystem Acquisition Lead Responsibilities:
Implement ecosystem acquisition strategies that ensure Meta has the partners that the users of our family of apps need to grow their businesses
Partner with data science, data engineering, financial planning, analytics, partner management teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop a customer-centric vision for the businesses recognized in Meta Business Partners
Lead cross-functional initiatives, driving the successful execution of global partner program roadmaps that ultimately lead to the integration of new ecosystems
Lead an analytical approach to identify acceleration and partner enablement initiatives
Develop strategies to drive new integrations and product adoption by our partners
Understand market trends and opportunities to identify innovative opportunities to enhance existing or incubate new partner ecosystems
Take a structured, data driven approach to identifying opportunities and evaluating impact
Execute in fast-paced and highly iterative environment
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
8+ years of experience in product management, partnerships/business development, professional services, such as management consulting or investment banking, or equivalent
Problem solving and analysis experience solving business problems, individually or in a group setting
Experience working through ambiguity to develop a strategy, setting aggressive goals, and executing
Proven leadership experience planning and executing complex projects in cross-functional environments (product, marketing, engineering, etc.)
Project management experience, including multitasking to lead and execute multiple projects in parallel
Experience learning and shifting priorities, while maintaining organization and control
Experience in executive communications: gaining buy-in for large initiatives and effectively updating cross functional stakeholders at all levels
Quantitative/analytical experience

Experience in and understanding of the advertising technology space or enterprise software space
