Summary:
Join a team focused on developing new operational capabilities to support Meta’s growing Commerce products. We are looking for people with both the passion and ability to build new operational teams that focus on user needs. We partner closely with several cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and integrity, to ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses across Meta’s Family of Apps.
Our Launch Management team is responsible for building and coordinating operational strategy for new products that are leveraging commerce across Meta. We partner with multiple teams including Product, Engineering, Integrity, Ops, Analytics, Legal, Policy, and Finance to ensure new products successfully launch and succeed.
The successful Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with cross functional partners to gather key launch information, ensure launches meet baseline launch standards, manage and communicate launch profiles and status to stakeholders and drive initiatives that scale these supporting processes.

Lead and present launch information in key stakeholder conversations
Own launch trackers and ensure key documents are complete, current, and available for staff and for leadership review
Identify, develop, and execute on initiatives that help solve ongoing operational problems at scale
Minimum Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in Project or Program Management
Experience creating and owning Project Management artifacts and documentation
Experience being a “connector” across teams and managing a program/project against requirements and KPIs through to completion
1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams

Experience resolving and communicating about issues with both technical and non-technical audiences
