Required Skills:

Sourcing Manager Responsibilities:

1. Build plan review and coordination with key suppliers and partners.

2. Develop and communicate forecast to suppliers.

3. Ensure alignment between capacity plan priorities and supplier commitments.

4. Quote compilation and accuracy.

5. Identify new suppliers in collaboration with other departments, such as engineering and quality assurance.

6. Monitor supplier performance to pricing and business splits as defined by commodity team.

7. Oversee SLA performance: measure, manage and improve supplier actual performance against negotiated service level agreements (SLA).

8. Oversee Ongoing Cost Productivity: measure, report and action cost improvement as compared to market pricing models.

9. Responsible for Scorecard Management: lead measuring supplier performance, root cause issues and driving improved performance, and rollup of team performance metrics.

10. Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison and evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality.

11. Analyze information about supplier performance and procurement program success.

12. Develop and implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers.

13. Own all aspects of supplier performance.

14. Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted.

1. Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Management, or related field and two years of work experience in job offered or in a supply chain-related occupation. Requires two years of experience in the following:

7. Tracking Purchase Orders and Contracts

$165,620/year to $195,800/year + bonus + equity + benefits
