3 vacancies, full-time, permanent employment, 37.5 hours per week, $23/hour

Location: 6 Firestone Road Strathroy, ON N7G4L9

Start date: as soon as possible

Job requirements
Languages – English
Education – College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience – 1 year to less than 2 years

Specific Skills
Operate and set up machines to perform repetitive machining operations; Clean and maintain work space; Read and interpret blueprints; Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers); Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery; Enter codes specifying speed, feed and cut of the toolpath for computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools; Prepare etching solution and immerse metal parts or workpiece into the etching solution to remove unwanted portions.

Weight Handling – Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Own Tools/Equipment – Steel-toed safety boots; Hard hat
Work Site Environment – Noisy
