Location: Cary, NC (hybrid)

Role Value Proposition:

As a member of the ID ADMIN team, the analyst is the first line of security defense to assure access for over 50K+ internal and external users. They will provide add/move/change access to over 150+ applications and services offered, over multiple OS environments and global domains. You will be responsible for maintaining access procedures and SLA, as well as troubleshooting skills, to support user accounts over VPN, mainframe, Outlook, Active Directory and multiple other services and applications through use of multiple intake systems and sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of AD, access, email, RSA, functional and user account incidents.
• Complete add/remove access for 150+ APPS and services over global OS environments and domains.
• Create, update and maintain team procedures, documents and support records, as required.
• Good communication skills: ability to build effective partnerships with peer groups, vendor staff, etc.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and documentation skills.
• Participation as a team is instrumental and some after hours and weekend support required

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in an IT Operations, ID Administration, Mainframe, or server support role or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 year IT or technical degree or related experience in lieu of formal education required.
• Basic to intermediate level understanding of Active Directory ID and/or AZURE and group administration.
• Experience with ID provisioning tools and request systems (e.g. Service Now, Access Central, RSA, etc.)
• Mainframe background/knowledge preferred and a PLUS
• Willingness to continually learn, develop, and expand IT Infrastructure operations knowledge as a team player is a requirement.

Preferred:

• Experience with ID provisioning tools and request systems (e.g. Service Now, Access Central, RSA, etc.)
• Understanding of IT Security principals or certifications
• Mainframe background/knowledge is a PLUS
• Understanding of IT Security principals or certifications
• Basic Scripting and programming skills a PLUS.
