Position Summary: Work with the different business lines to understand their needs and be able to propose, design and execute Marketing strategies that are measurable and add value to the business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work as a trusted Business Partner who understand business needs / opportunities and can translate them into Marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with different areas the development of effective Marketing strategies and initiatives to ensure alignment during execution.
• Manage the relationship with creative agencies and external partners who collaborate directly in Marketing initiatives.
• Design and own a strong metrics framework to measure the effectiveness of every initiative.
• Design and own the governance model for a disciplined marketing execution, including the optimization of BAU requirements.
• Master MetLife brand guidelines and best practices.
• Foster a growth and transformational mindset across the team and related organizations.
• Propose new ideas to improve the way we do Marketing at MetLife.

Education:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing or Communication, and Business Administration.
• Digital Marketing / Digital Business certifications or courses.

Work Experience:

• 6 to 10 years in Business Marketing roles
• Mexican or global companies with strong footprint across Mexico.

Knowledge and skills: (general and technical)

• Strong Business Marketing knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to question status quo.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal is a must)
• Ability to work in a matrix organization
• Team player (we win together)
• Curious and proactive!
