About The Role

We are moving to our brand-new state of the art offices in May and are now searching for a fabulous Receptionist (job share) to join us. Customer service is everything to us and you will be the first impression and backbone of our impressive support office. Based in Newmarket and pivotal to the smooth running of the organisation, this position is busy and filled with variety. Primarily it is responsible for delivering effective services across corporate support, ensuring the atmosphere at our office reflects the service standards we excel at.

On offer is a job share position, working Thursday and Friday – 8am-5pm, with flexibility to be able to cover the other weekdays at times if able.

Some of the great things you will be doing

• Managing the reception area with a smile – being the face of our support office for visitors and contractors on site
• Administrative support for the team and updating key documents
• Answering incoming calls, managing queries, connecting with the appropriate contact for support
• Facilitating feedback and ensuring an exceptional customer experience
• General administration, accurate documentation and record keeping
• Other fundamental duties you will manage will include stocking and managing our kitchen hub, coordinating catering, stationary ordering, mail and couriers

About You

We are seeking that special someone to bring their enthusiasm, people skills, outstanding customer service skills and proactive nature to the role

• Previous experience in a similar reception and or administration role would ensure you could hit the ground running
• Ability to exercise your initiative with a can-do attitude and willingness to help to maintain the smooth running of the office
• Adept with change, your friendly, professional and customer focused approach will reflect your ability to easily deal with whatever comes your way
• Friendly and positive communication skills with excellent spoken and written English
• Computer and systems savvy – medium to advanced Microsoft suite experience
