About The Role

Are you Registered Nurse looking to join at fabulous and energetic team working in a lovely retirement village? We are seeking a passionate RN to provide first class care services to our residents in our Whangarei Park Village. This role is a permanent position, working 32hrs per week Friday to Monday across AM & PM shifts.

Some Of The Great Things You Will Be Doing

• Clinical assessment, planning and implementation of nursing care
• Effective communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• Work collaboratively with other team members
• Develop and review care plans in consultation with our residents and their families
• Provide compassionate and high-level care

About You

You pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service to our residents and have empathy for the older person. You also have:

• Current Practicing Certificate and first aid certificate
• InterRai qualified is desirable
• Strong nursing experience, aged care – even better!
• Up to date knowledge of wound care management
• Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills
• You are also a team player with a caring, respectful manner which is important in our aged care environment.
