Responsibilities

• Being in touch with local Customer Service organizations, warehousing, distribution, and transportation
• Reviewing and solving tickets in Customer Relationship Management System
• Ensuring efficient customer service processes
• Enter new job orders into accounting systems and process purchase orders * Complete administrative paperwork such as credit applications, resale certificates
• Customer Service background is a plus, but not required

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts including distributors, sales, agency representatives and employees of all levels
• Proficient at general office skills such as business etiquette, typing, 10-key, filing
• Prior experience in industry customer service, order entry and/or warehouse operations a plus

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
