Our Opening and Your Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our Retail Scale & Equipment division. If you are looking to lead trainings, and make a long lasting impact, this role could be for you. Your responsibilities will include: Train on Mettler Toledo Retail based scales, software, systems as required.Develop yearly training schedules and submit for approvalProvide training to designated field employees certifying them to teach curriculum in accordance with standards defined within the RCTP guidelines and curriculumTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all known issues for any METTLER TOLEDO or supported competitor retail scale systemsAbility to clearly document unresolved issues for escalation to engineering teams as requiredExpert technical writing & verbal skills to be used in creating job aids, technical bulletins, technical articles, and system configuration documentation.
