Responsibilities, Desired Experience

Preferred Architecture, Interior Design OR Graphic related degree/background.

Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in 3D rendering and visualization.

Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Photoshop, Enscape, Revit).

Experience generating 3D visuals for high end luxury spaces within the following project types: Hospitality, F&B, Commercial Residential and Private Residential.

Project Responsibilities

Work closely with designers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and translate them into 3D visualizations for project presentations and pitches.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.

Firm-Wide Role

Stay up-to-date with the latest 3D software and hardware, and implement efficient workflows.

Identify and resolve technical challenges related to 3D modeling and rendering.

Ensure the accuracy and quality of all 3D visualizations.

Cultivate strong working relationships with Founders and design teams across all studios within the Firm.

Design/Technical Skills

Develop knowledge of MD design standards and aesthetic.

Create detailed 3D models of interior and exterior spaces, including furniture, lighting, and materials.

Produce high-quality 3D renderings of interior and exterior spaces, focusing on realism, lighting, and material accuracy.

Enhance renderings with post-production techniques to achieve desired visual effects.

Strong understanding of lighting techniques, materials, and textures with an excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of VR and AR technologies is a plus.

Leadership And Business Management Skills

Have general knowledge for any 3D visualization needs within MD contractual language.

Development Goals

Work towards developing in-house rendering team with associated standards and practices.

Training / Development Opportunities

Understand MD business structure, company practices/beliefs and how the firm operates.
