Direct Supervisor: Senior UX/UI Designer

Status: Full-time

Summary:

The Digital Designer’s day-to-day tasks will consist of collaborating with other teams to define requirements, iterate on design solutions, and contribute expertise for various digital products.

Location:

This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in design discussions and give feedback during planning and strategy meetings
• Quickly translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Test assets and optimize based on their performance
• Create digital assets (static, video, and HTML) for a range of platforms (websites, mobile apps, social, email, digital advertising, etc.)
• Create website assets from hero design to web animations
• Design and develop homepages, landing pages, and email concepts. Optimize sites for maximum speed and scalability. Ensure website function and stability across devices (mobile, desktop, tablet)
• Research industry trends to present ideas and concepts for timely digital innovation
• Design eye-catching email layouts that lead to higher engagement and increased click-through rates
• Produce, test, and troubleshoot HTML email campaigns. Ensure a consistent email experience in webmail as well as other email applications such as Google Gmail and Microsoft Outlook

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Design/or related field
• 2-5 years of experience
• Experience in the design thinking process, interaction and UX/UI design
• Experience working directly with developers to implement designs
• Expertise with standard digital design tools, including Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD), etc.
• Working knowledge of CSS, HTML and Wordpress
