Receptionist needed for local CPA firm. The job will involve administrative & clerical tasks, interacting with clients that drop off/pick up, scheduling appointments, and answering the phone. The job will also include some data entry and some bookkeeping activities. Our office is technology based and does require familiarity with computers and being comfortable with using computer technology. The job includes a retirement plan, paid vacation, paid holidays, and a paid sick pay plan. Our firm has been in business for 30 years and we have a well-established client base. We offer a small business environment with a close-knit team of co-workers and are looking for a new member to add to our team!
