In this role you will develop data driven insights across multiple different facets, e.g., diversity and inclusion, engagement, talent, and workforce planning.

• You have experience collaborating on projects across different organizational boundaries

• You will develop and automate data and analytics solutions that provide insights and action plans

• You will collaborate with global reporting workgroup and cross-functional experts

• You will design and conduct business analyses to identify trends using BI tools and basic MS products

• 3+ years of experience analyzing data sets

• Experience using SQL or other data or scripting language

• Proficiency in Workday HCM report writing

• Advanced Excel skill

• Working knowledge of HR information systems and HR applications (ADP, Ceridian, or talent systems is desired)
