Micro-Vision is a diverse company providing products and services for technology hardware and software. We are looking for a person to join our team and support our ERP software customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for part time work from home supporting customers with their software needs.

The Job: ERP software support, part time

What things your brain and hands can do:

• You understand ERP systems and how businesses use them
• You know and understand Windows applications
• You know how to create or edit Crystal Reports
• Your typing skills are efficient as you leave the one finger typists in the dust
• You work from home efficiently
• Bonus skill: You already know Spire Systems ERP software

Spire runs on Windows and is used by various clients across Canada to run their business. Support requests range from systems being shut down entirely to reports being created or modified or new users being added and configured. When a major problem arises it is urgent and needs to be dealt with quickly and efficiently, sometimes it means people can’t run their business when there is a problem. The job is work from home anywhere in Canada, part time, 5-10 hours a week, to start, and the starting wage ranges from $30-$35 an hour depending on experience and skill level.
