The Senior Director of Global Construction Procurement leads a Global team with spends of up to $5B annually, contracting for major Semiconductor and Office Construction around the Globe. As leader of this organization, you will not just build buildings but build a talented team that partners closely with stakeholders to make our Construction Procurement best in class.
You will be a strong mentor and coach and be empowering and uplifting. You will have experience leading teams and hiring the best talent. You will establish and monitor performance metrics to identify and implement continual improvement opportunities. You will collaborate with internal partners to deliver strategic solutions and coordinate approach to key strategic suppliers.
You will work with our senior most executives in driving our objectives and creating a vision that delivers projects safely, in a timely manner and cost effectively.
Experience and education

• Engineering, Finance, Business (or equivalent fields) degree
• Min. 10 years experience in Construction or working for a Construction firm
• Experience tendering and contracting for multi-billion-dollar projects
