As an experienced memory component design engineer in Micron’s Emerging Memory R&D Design Group, you will be a technical individual contributor responsible for architecture, analysis and design of analog blocks of large memory chips.

Some level of Digital circuits design and complex mixed-signal simulations is also required.

This includes development of novel concepts, design and simulation, optimization and floor planning.

Strong analog memory design skills are a must.

Previous design experience in Sense Amplifier, analog regulators, Column and Word Line decoding, Memory voltage management is required.

Independence in design, validate, report significant technical result to the team is required.

Experience guiding layout a must, hands-on layout a plus.

Proof of previous innovative contributions is strongly considered.

Applicant must be fluent in Cadence tools.

Education and Experience :

MS degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent degree, with 8 years of relevant work experience. Work experience in Memory design is preferred.
