The Global Partner Solutions (GPS) team is a sales organization accountable for the commercial partner business at Microsoft, and the mission is to build and sell Microsoft Cloud applications, services and devices with partners, empowering people, and organizations to achieve more. Under GPS the Go-To-Market team mission is to develop the strategy and marketing approach for how we build, nurture, and engage the partner ecosystem to drive tech acceleration and customer outcomes.
The LATAM Director Partner Marketing Leader will lead the LATAM GTM organization covering partner solution area strategy and marketing execution in the geography. This includes connecting Core and area GPS teams to find synergies and maximize partner programs execution, pushing partner co sell growth and revenue partner impact.
Act as a Director Partner Marketing for LATAM and represent the region in the overall GPS Americas organization, exploring synergies with regional CMO, Area GPS, Regional and area GPS teams and Segment to land and execute integrated Solution Area through landing and delivering Solution Area GTM plan in the market.

Drive the adoption of the LATAM Go-To-Market model, aligning it with the GTM Americas and Core GTM strategy, Global Partner Strategy (GPS) and segment requirements to maximize expertise and resources.
Maximizing Marketing Execution
Optimize the usage of scalable global marketing engines to increase regional impact and drive superior marketing execution.
Ensure maximum ROI by effectively utilizing investments to generate sales impact, aligning local and global budget resources to drive partner sales impact at the area level.
Strategic Leadership and Insights
Lead strategic discussions with the Regional and Core Leadership Teams, providing deep area insights for partner co-sell growth, improving solution area strategy, and driving segment business impact.
Maintain regular communication with key partners to understand market challenges, gather insights for program enhancements, and drive continuous improvements
Partner Ecosystem
8+ years of experience working with partner ecosystem, demonstrating the ability to provide valuable business and marketing/sales guidance.
Demonstarted track record of securing partner commitment and driving mutual success.
Technology Proficiency
Execution or Management proficiency in Azure, Modern Work, Security and Azure technology platforms and solutions.
Regional Leadership Experience
Demonstrated experience in regional partner marketing management or a similar leadership role within the technology industry.
Demonstarted trated ability to develop and execute regional marketing strategies, drive partner engagement, and achieve business objectives.
Passionate and Results-Driven
A passionate and results-driven approach with attention to detail.
Ability to create and deliver scalable plans, prioritize, and manage multiple projects, and drive measurable results.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 7+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience
OR equivalent experience
5+ years people management experiencein marketing and or sales with a record of accomplishment of successfully leading and developingarea or regional teams.
Fluent in Spanish
Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Partner Marketing M5 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $124,800 – $242,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $159,000 – $264,000 per year.
