We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Program Manager to join our team to help create solutions that delight customers and deliver business value in support of our skilling programs. You will be involved in defining the product vision and strategy, collaboration with our business partners on product roadmap, designing, and delivering inclusive business solutions and features leveraging Microsoft capabilities. This is a data-driven and agile environment, where program managers are empowered to innovate and take ideas from conception to scale. It is a great opportunity to work on highly strategic initiatives, work with the latest Microsoft stack including Business Applications & Dynamics 365 and drive feedback into the product groups through our internal implementations to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Build business domain knowledge through collaboration with subject matter experts and business stakeholders for the purpose of driving a clear product vision and strategic roadmap, helping with prioritization focused on delivering highest-value and impactful capabilities for our learners and stakeholders.
Seek out and identify emerging opportunities for high-impact business scenarios, collaborate with stakeholders to frame clear problem statements and testable hypotheses in support of our strategic business objectives and product goals.
Create functional specifications which outline execution details and integrations across engineering systems & project components.
Drive inter-team transparency and alignment; highlight cross-team dependencies, identifying risks and mitigation strategies to ensure impactful initiatives are delivered accurately on or ahead of schedule.
Identify and drive cost saving opportunities through solution automations, process improvements, and end user self-service scenarios
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
6+ years of program management experience focused on combination of designing, delivering, releasing, providing training, supporting, or performing analysis
2+ years of experience designing and implementing global tools and solutions automations
Good understanding of SDLC, Agile and Scrum methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience applying them to business scenarios.
Proven ability to drive large scale projects with high collaboration and thought leadership
Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to work under fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills with proven senior leadership engagements
BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of CRM, ERP, ETL, and Message Middleware solutions
Agile, SAFe or PMP Certification
Good understanding of cloud computing concepts and platforms
Experience with Accessibility Standards (WCAG 2.0)
