Details of the role
The successful candidate will have responsibility for providing a high-quality experience for all students, leading on the student enrichment strategy, training and mentoring Student Voice representatives, working across curriculum areas to leade by example, encouraging, supporting and inspiring a sense of responsibility and community in our learners, in order to enhance their overall College experience in support of the College’s core values.

Job Requirements
You will have relevant qualifications or willingness to work towards and 4 passes GCSEs including English and Maths or equivalent, you will also have good digital skills. Experience of supporting and working with young people with SEND, and effective customer service. You should be able to work with and motivate young people and implement creative and inspirational activities for students.
This is a full time role working 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
