POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Administrative Assistant manages the front desk and lobby area and acts as a “concierge” to all guests. Office Coordinator and Administrative assistant tasks also apply to this role. This position requires an outgoing, service-oriented, and professional individual.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Generally, the job requires 80% sitting, 10% walking, and 10% standing. This job is performed in a generally clean environment. The usual and customary methods of performing the job’s functions require the following physical demands: lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, stooping, and significant fine finger dexterity.
